Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead on-site teams, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards across the plaza. You will train new staff, supervise cash handling, and manage daily operations in a fast-paced travel plaza environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining high food safety and service levels while supporting a flexible, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per company policies.
• Operate POS system and process payments following cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Assist in training new team members and maintaining brand standards.
