Walgreens Co. is seeking a team-oriented associate to help open and close the store in the absence of management, manage cash handling, returns, and provide excellent customer service.

You will support inventory control, pricing, and display updates while ensuring store compliance and smooth vendor coordination. This hourly role emphasizes a delightful customer experience, with responsibilities across front-end operations, stockroom tasks, and cooperation with the pharmacy window.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Experience with customer service and cash handling is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Opens/closes the store in the absence of management and handles required cash start-ups.
• Completes cash handling, refunds, returns, and ensures cash drops to the safe.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience to shoppers and patients.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, pricing changes, and shelf replenishment as needed.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, store cleanliness, and displays according to policy.
• Assist at Pharmacy out window as requested and ensure regulatory compliance.
