Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an associate to support store operations and customer experience. You will open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash and pricing tasks, and ensure all areas are ready for business each day.

You will engage customers, resolve questions, and help maintain inventory, displays, and overall store appearance to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management and handles cash systems start-ups.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, resolves questions, and ensures a positive experience.
• Assists with pricing, displays, inventory, and housekeeping as required.
