Qualifikationen

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

• Opens and closes the store when management is absent, including cash handling and preparing the floor and stock room for business.
• Handles returns, voids, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change for registers.
• Engages customers with a friendly experience and supports customer service throughout the shift.
• Coaches team members on store processes, assists with vendor deliveries through backdoor access, and maintains store security.
