Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, assists with products and services, and resolves issues.
• Coaches team on customer service best practices to ensure a positive experience.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management; supports warehouse/vendor ordering; handles backdoor deliveries.
• Registers all sales, tracks scanning errors, price verifications, and voids; reviews order exceptions.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and pricing signage; supports display setups and resets.
• Ensures compliance with laws on regulated products; performs bag checks; handles bookkeeping tasks as needed.
• Maintains store cleanliness and appearance; supports repairs with manager absence; etc.
