Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups, cash handling, and ensuring floor/stock room readiness.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Shares customer service best practices with team members to maintain Walgreens service traits.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management and coaches team members on vendor ordering and backdoor deliveries.
• Registers all related sales, reviews exceptions, and assists in price changes and signage to ensure compliant pricing.
• Maintains inventory accuracy across departments, stockroom, and overstock locations.
• Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products and bag checks.
