Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a Store Lead to help open and close the store, manage cash, assist customers, and ensure floor and stockroom readiness in the manager's absence.

You will handle back-door access for deliveries, process returns and refunds, and support inventory, pricing, and merchandising while delivering a distinctive customer experience.

You will also supervise team members, uphold safety and regulatory requirements, and communicate tasks when management is not present.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store in the absence of management, handling systems start-ups and cash.
• Process returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Maintain inventory, pricing, and displays; assist with backdoor deliveries and security.
