• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including start-ups and cash handling.
• Handles returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Engages customers to deliver a distinctive and delightful experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and assists with vendor deliveries.
