Walgreens is seeking a Store Lead who can open and close the store in the absence of management, manage cash and transactions, and ensure the floor and stock room are prepared for the day. You will handle returns, refunds, cash drops, and assist with deliveries through the back door as needed.

Strong customer service skills are essential to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience, with ongoing coaching of team members to maintain service excellence.

Formación

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Maintains store and stock room readiness for the business day and oversees back door access for deliveries.
• Ensures accurate sales recording, price verifications, and correct signage for pricing compliance.
