Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store team member to support daily operations and customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will help open/close the store, handle cash, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.

You will engage customers, assist with returns and refunds, and help with inventory control, pricing, and merchandising while supporting the pharmacy window as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store when management is absent, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change at registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Open back door for deliveries and assist with vendor deliveries and reverse logistics when needed.
• Register all sales accurately, record scanning errors and price verifications, and handle voids.
• Assist with displays, pricing, and merchandising; maintain inventory accuracy and stockroom organization.
