You will engage customers, resolve questions, assist with inventory control, displays, pricing, and backdoor deliveries. This role requires leadership, reliability, and a commitment to compliant store operations.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred knowledge of store inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provide change as requested.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure proper pricing and signage.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access as needed.
