Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Lead to step in when management is unavailable. You will open/close the store, handle cash, and ensure shelves and back stock are ready for the business day.

You will also support the pharmacy window as requested and maintain store standards. You will engage customers, resolve questions, and model great service while supervising team members and assisting with inventory, pricing, and back-office tasks.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring store readiness.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops; handles cashier discrepancies and price verifications.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and shares best practices to deliver outstanding service.
