Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Leader who can open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash, returns, and pricing tasks, and ensure the floor and back stock areas are ready for business.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain PTCB certification or state pharmacy license.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management; handles cash, returns, and pricing tasks.
• Engages customers, greets, assists, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Manages store operations, inventory, displays, and back-room processes.
• Coaches team members on service standards and communications.
