Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and changes at registers.
• Delivers a courteous, distinctive customer experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members.
