Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including start-ups and cash handling.
• Handle returns, refunds, cash drops, and price changes with accuracy.
• Deliver a distinctive customer experience and assist customers.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backroom operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and store cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with state laws on regulated products and perform bag checks.
