Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a retail team member to support store operations and customer experience in a fast-paced setting. You will open/close the store in management’s absence, manage cash handling, and ensure shelves and stock rooms are ready for the business day.

You’ll assist customers, enforce pricing and displays, and support inventory and backroom processes while maintaining compliant store operations and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store when management is absent, start up systems, handle cash, ensure floor and stock room readiness.
• Handle returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change at registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers, assist with products and services, resolve issues to ensure positive experiences.
• Coordinate with management on pricing, displays, and stock organization.
