Job summary

Walgreens is seeking team members to support store operations, customer service, and inventory control. You will open/close the store in management's absence, handle cash and customer transactions, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience.

You will also assist with pricing, displays, and back-room logistics while maintaining compliance with state regulations and supporting pharmacy-related windows as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management; handles cash and start-up tasks.
• Processes returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Ensures a distinctive and delightful customer experience for shoppers.
• Maintains store inventory, pricing, and displays; supports back-door and deliveries.
• Manages store systems, safety, and compliance when management is not present.
• Supports pharmacy window operations and state-regulated product compliance.
