Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an energetic team member to support store operations in the absence of store management. You will open/close the store, handle cash, ensure shelves and back stock are ready for the day, and assist with vendor deliveries.

You will engage customers, resolve issues, and model service best practices to deliver a distinctive and delightful Walgreens experience while maintaining accurate records and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required cash handling and start-ups.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and ensures proper signage and pricing are displayed.
• Engages customers to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
