Responsibilities

• Complete product returns, refunds, and cash drops; provide change to registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Follow pricing, promotions, and stock organization; maintain store appearance and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with backroom operations, vendor deliveries, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
