Job summary

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including start-ups, cash handling, and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store keys, pricing, signage, and participates in backroom and floor merchandising, stock rotation, and inventory accuracy.
