Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking an enthusiastic team member to open and close the store when management is absent, manage cash handling, and ensure the floor and stock room are prepared for the business day.

You will be responsible for opening the back door for deliveries and maintaining accurate cash records. Additionally, you will engage customers, resolve issues, and model Walgreens’ service standards to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work in a retail environment.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management and ensures daily start-up readiness.
• Handles product returns, refunds, and cash drops with accurate cash handling and register records.
• Delivers a distinctive and welcoming customer experience to shoppers.
