Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a dedicated team member to open and close the store in the absence of management, manage cash handling, and ensure floor and stock room readiness for the business day. You will assist with deliveries and support a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include handling refunds, price verifications, and maintaining store standards, while engaging with customers and supporting team members when management is not present.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred: PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room readiness.
• Handles product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services.
• Communicates tasks to team members when store management is not present, and reports issues to management.
