Job summary

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Manages cash drops, refunds, and change for registers.
• Ensures a distinctive customer experience and assists customers with products and services.
• Supports warehouse and vendor processes, including deliveries and backdoor access for vendors.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and corrects pricing and signage per policy.
• Participates in training and communicates tasks to team members when management is away.
