Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the store in the absence of management, including required system start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to cash registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, and display development; maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
