Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including all required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash handling duties at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience and assists customers with products and services.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store appearance, inventory accuracy, pricing signage, and basic store maintenance.
