Walgreens Co. is seeking a capable team member to help operate the store in the absence of management, handling opening/closing duties, cash handling, and ensuring readiness for the day.

You will engage customers, resolve issues, and model Walgreens service traits while supporting inventory, merchandising, and backroom processes. A background in leadership and English proficiency are required, with pharmacy credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Pharmacy-related certification/license preferred (PTCB or state license).

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, start-ups, cash handling, and prepare floor/stock room for business day.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Demonstrate and share Walgreens customer service best practices with team for a delightful customer experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backroom operations, including backdoor access when needed.
• Register all sales accurately, track scanning errors, price verifications, and voids; review order exceptions.
• Aid with displays, resets, and merchandising in line with policies; maintain on-hand inventory accuracy.
• Ensure pricing signage is correct and compliant with local regulations; support daily price changes.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks as requested and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Support pharmacy-related windows and ensure compliance with regulated products policies.
