Job summary

Walgreens Co. seeks a flexible team member to open and close the store when management is absent, handle cash and ensure daily readiness. You will greet customers, process returns, and assist with product placements to support a delightful shopping experience.

You will collaborate with the store team to maintain accurate pricing, assist with vendor deliveries, and uphold store policies while delivering friendly, proactive service to every customer.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store in the absence of management and ensure readiness for business day.
• Handle returns, refunds, cash drops, and cash register operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with products, services, displays.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backroom operations.
