Job summary

Walgreens Lake Orion store is hiring a team member to support store operations and customer experience. You will open and close the store in management's absence, handle cash and returns, and help ensure the store is ready for business.

You will greet customers, assist with products, maintain inventory accuracy, coach others, and help with displays and backroom processes while following policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, start-up systems and cash handling.
• Handle returns, void orders, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers, assist with products and services, and resolve issues.
• Model customer service best practices for the team.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with pricing and displays.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, backdoor access, and backroom processes.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including cash reports and ledgers.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and local regulations.
