Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or key-holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to cash registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services; resolves issues.
• Models customer service best practices and Walgreens service traits to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management and supports vendor deliveries via backdoor access.
• Registers all related sales, records scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Assists with order exceptions, reverse logistics, and displays revisions.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and on-hand quantities across departments and stockroom.
• Ensures proper pricing and signage; handles local regulatory pricing tasks.
• Supports bookkeeping activities including cash reports and ledgers as requested.
• Maintains clean, neat store conditions and coordinates repairs as needed.
