Job summary

Walgreens in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a motivated team member to manage store operations in the absence of management. You will open/close the store, handle cash, process returns, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.

You will deliver friendly customer service, assist with vendor deliveries, maintain pricing and displays, support pharmacy windows as needed, and help keep accurate records across registers and inventory while complying with policies and state

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including start-up systems and cash handling.
• Complete returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with pricing and displays.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access as needed.
• Deliver friendly customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Adhere to policies, state regulations, and all Walgreens procedures.
