Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness of floor and stock room.
• Complete cash handling tasks: returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and providing change.
• Engage customers and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, backdoor access, and inventory-related processes.
• Maintain accurate pricing, signage, and basic department displays; support orderly store conditions.
