Job summary

Walgreens in Florida seeks an Operations and Customer Experience associate who will open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash, verify pricing, and ensure backroom readiness for deliveries. You’ll manage the front end, assist with vendor deliveries, and maintain store conditions.

You will engage customers, resolve questions, coach teammates, support displays and merchandising, monitor inventory, and follow all policies.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops; provides change to registers.
• Engages customers and delivers a distinctive Walgreens experience; assists with displays and pricing.
