• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and assists with products and services.
• Maintains accurate inventory, pricing, and signage to support pricing accuracy.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backroom processes, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
• Ensures compliance with state/local laws for regulated products.
