Job summary

Walgreens Co. seeks a Customer Experience oriented teammate to open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash and pricing tasks, and ensure floor and stockroom readiness for daily business.

You will greet customers, resolve issues, support vendor deliveries, optimize displays, and maintain inventory accuracy to deliver a distinctive and delightful Walgreens experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management and handles required cash operations.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Assists with vendor deliveries and backdoor access; supports stockroom and display prep.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and store appearance, including pricing, signage, and basic department upkeep.
