Job summary

Walgreens is seeking team members to support store opening and closing procedures, manage cash and transactions, and ensure clean, organized stock rooms. You will engage customers, answer questions, and support inventory and pricing tasks with accuracy.

You will work with the team to maintain a high-quality customer experience, promote store policies, and assist with delivery and back-office duties as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred: PTCB certification or pharmacy license where required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and ensures the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Handles cash, processes refunds, and performs cash drops to the safe; provides change to cash registers as needed.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience and greets customers to offer assistance.
