Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and start‑ups.
• Complete returns, refunds, cash drops, and price verifications at registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience to shoppers.
• Supervise team, assist with vendor deliveries, and manage backdoor access.
• Register sales, handle voids, and monitor stock room and floor inventory.
• Assist with displays, pricing changes, and signage for compliance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with merchandising and resets.
• Support bookkeeping tasks and store maintenance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and local regulations and assist with back office tasks.
