Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store operations associate to support opening and closing the store, handle cash, and ensure the floor and stock room are prepared for the business day. You will greet customers, assist with product needs, and resolve issues to deliver a positive experience.

You will also help manage inventory, price signage, and backroom processes, while assisting with vendor deliveries and displays.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and appropriate pricing with clear in-store signage.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backroom processes, and display resets under management guidance.
• Supports management with training, communications, and adherence to policies.
