Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups, cash handling, and ensuring floor and stock room readiness.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolve issues for a positive experience.
• Be a liaison between management and team by communicating tasks when management is not present.
• Register all sales, review order exceptions, and assist in reverse logistics and pricing tasks.
