Job summary

Walgreens is seeking team members in Michigan who can open and close the store when management is not present, perform essential cash handling, and ensure the sales floor and back stock are ready for business. You will greet customers, help with products and services, and resolve issues to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.

You will support inventory, displays, pricing, and backroom processes, while maintaining store standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership or supervisory experience in retail.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English.
• Wamiliar with store policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, handling required cash and ensuring readiness for the business day.
• Handles cash, refunds, voids, and price verifications at the registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, assists with products and services, and resolves issues.
• Coordinates with team on inventory, displays, pricing, and backroom organization.
• Maintains store security, including bag checks and adherence to regulations.
• Communicates tasks and reports issues to management when leadership is absent.
• Attends training and completes requested PPLs.
