Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store operative to help open and close the store when management is unavailable, handle cash and transactions, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for business. You will assist with deliveries and support store operations while delivering a friendly customer experience.

Responsibilities include keeping accurate cash handling, assisting customers, and maintaining pricing and displays to standards.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license (state dependent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management with cash handling.
• Handle returns, refunds, cash drops, and cashiering tasks.
• Ensure accurate pricing, signage, and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming store environment.
