Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to support daily operations in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash transactions, process returns and refunds, and help ensure a warm, helpful customer experience throughout the shift.

You will also assist with inventory control, pricing changes, and store maintenance while collaborating with team members to meet customer needs and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, start‑ups, cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Complete returns, void orders, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to registers.
• Engage customers and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Handle cash and register records, including price verifications and voids.
• Assist in inventory accuracy and merchandising, pricing signage, and general upkeep of the store.
