Job summary

Qualifications

• One year or more of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets and assists with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Keeps store inventory accurate and supports pricing and display updates as needed.
