You will engage customers, resolve issues, assist with inventory, pricing, and merchandising, and support pharmacy windows and backroom operations as needed.

Formación

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store systems and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, with required system start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Hold store keys to open/close without management and assist vendor deliveries via backdoor access.
• Register all related sales on assigned cash register and manage pricing and signage per local regulations.
• Assist with inventory counts, displays, and merchandising; ensure stockroom and shelves are accurate.
