Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred knowledge of store inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups, cash handling, and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members to deliver Walgreens service traits.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management; supervises backdoor for vendor deliveries.
• Registers all sales, reviews order releases, and handles reverse logistics and pricing tasks.
• Assists in displays, resets, and stock management; maintains inventory accuracy.
• Ensures proper signage and compliance with pricing and local regulations.
