Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Process product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Deliver a distinctive customer experience and assist customers with products and services.
• Serve as liaison between management and team members when store management is not present.
• Manage store keys and assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Ensure accurate register records, pricing, and signage; assist with inventory and displays.
• Support bookkeeping, cash reports, and basic financial tasks as needed.
