Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a shift supervisor to provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management. The role includes carrying out opening and closing procedures and guiding the store crew while ensuring customer needs are addressed.

The candidate will represent management in customer service resolution, complete mandatory training, and perform other duties as assigned to maintain smooth operations across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
