Job summary

The position involves acting as a liaison for management and performing any additional duties as assigned, supporting daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate.
• May carry out opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management.
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management.
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
