Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety.

You will train new team members, manage cash handling, and supervise daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and POS transactions.

This role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, and a proactive, friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Able to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures.
• Operate POS system and process payments.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and food safety policies.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or concerns.
• Execute a variety of other tasks as assigned.
