Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a dependable Shift Supervisor to lead on-site teams, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety requirements. You will assist in training new teammates and monitor cash handling practices during busy shifts.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, POS operations, and maintaining product quality and inventory. Flexible scheduling and supportive team environment expected.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures in accordance with policies.
