Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and handle required cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, cash drops to the safe, and provide change.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and price changes, ensure signage and local compliance.
